   a. $200 Tool Allowance to help kickstart your career.
   b. Apprenticeship Credit for portions of the program completed, advancing you on your career path.

Program Requirements:

1. Attendance
   Attendance is essential. Participants with two or more unexcused absences risk dismissal from the program. Your dedication is key to your success and the defense industry’s high standards.
2. Transportation
   Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from class, demonstrating the personal commitment required for a career in America’s defense workforce.
3. Completion
   All program benefits, including the tool allowance and apprenticeship credit, are available to those who complete the entire program.

Safety Standards:

Safety is a top priority for America’s workforce, especially in industries supporting national defense. As such:

1. Work Safely
   All participants are required to prioritize safety for themselves, their peers, and all equipment and property. Failure to adhere to safety standards may result in dismissal.
2. Protective Gear
   Safety shoes are mandatory, and participants must wear appropriate attire, including long pants and sleeves, for their protection.
3. Safety Responsibility
   The instructor will always emphasize safe practices, but it is the participant’s responsibility to follow safety guidelines. Mid Atlantic Academy of Skilled Trades is not responsible for injuries or damage to personal property.

Program Cost:

This is an unpaid apprenticeship, but the skills and experience you gain will be invaluable as you pursue a meaningful career in America’s defense industrial base.

• Start Date: On or about October 15, 2024
• End Date: On or about May 29, 2025
• Class Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM
